DISCREPANCIAS ENTRE PADRE SEPARADOS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora en vacaciones de verano,  es habitual que surjan dudas entre padres separados sobre quien de los dos tiene que pagar el campamento de verano de los hijos. \u00bfQUI\u00c9N PAGA EL CAMPAMENTO DE VERANO?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salvo acuerdo entre ambos padres, NO hay obligaci\u00f3n legal de abonar parte del dinero de los campamentos u otras actividades l\u00fadicas del verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro Tribunal Supremo ha considerado que estos costes son gastos extraordinarios. NO necesarios. Que por su voluntariedad y no necesidad, no puede imponerse su pago a ninguno de los progenitores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es decir que, si como madre o padre quieres apuntar a tu hija o hijo alguna de estas actividades y el otro progenitor no muestra conformidad en apuntarlo, deber\u00e1s asumir la totalidad de dicha actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay que tener en cuenta que el Tribunal Supremo divide los gastos extraordinarios en tres tipos a distinguir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los NO NECESARIOS: son aquellos no imprescindibles para el menor (actividades deportivas, campamentos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los NECESARIOS: son aquellos que no son previsibles pero necesarios para el bienestar del hijo (logopeda, psic\u00f3logo\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y los URGENTES: son aquellos que necesitan una actuaci\u00f3n inminente y no se puede esperar a que el otro progenitor de su consentimiento. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <a href=\"https:\/\/provisional.com.es\/toscanolex\/contacto\/\">ToscanoLex <\/a>somos especialistas en Derecho de Familia, contacta con nosotros y te ayudamos a solucionar tu problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHO PAYS THE SUMMER ACTIVITIES?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Now in the summer holidays it is common that doubts arise between separated parents about who has to pay for the children&#8217;s summer camp.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless there is an agreement between both parents, there is NO legal obligation to pay part of the money for camps or other summer recreational activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Supreme Court has considered that these costs are non-necessary extraordinary expenses which, because they are voluntary and not necessary, cannot be imposed on either parent to pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other words, if as a mother or father you want to enrol your child in one of these activities and the other parent does not agree to do so, you will have to pay the full cost of the activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Supreme Court divides extraordinary expenses into three types to be distinguished: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NON NECESSARY are those that are not essential for the child (sports activities, camps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NECESSARY: are those that are not foreseeable but necessary for the child&#8217;s well-being (speech therapist, psychologist&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And URGENT are those that require imminent action and cannot wait for the consent of the other parent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/toscanolex\/\">ToscanoLex<\/a> we are specialists in Family Law, contact us and we will help you solve your problem<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfQUI\u00c9N PAGA EL CAMPAMENTO DE VERANO?
